Coleen Nolan issued a demand to Kaye Adams to 'believe in herself' as her Loose Women pal appeared on the show after her Strictly Come Dancing debut at the weekend.
Coleen, a former contestant on Dancing on Ice, was on the Loose Women panel on Monday as former Strictly star Ruth Langsford hosted, joined by co-stars Brenda Edwards and Janet Street-Porter.
And, hot on the heels of her first spin in the BBC ballroom on Saturday night, Kaye joined her TV pals via video call as she took a quick break from rehearsing with pro dance partner Kai Widdrington ahead of this weekend's second live show. Kaye and Kai performed a tango to ABBA anthem Voulez-Vous. on Saturday night, with Kaye admitting that she had creating dancing alter-ego FIfi La Toosh for herself, after finding it hard to let loose and be confident in her abilities.

The judges, while offering Kaye some constructive feedback, were largely kind with their comments, with her and Kai being given a first week score of 21, putting them third from bottom of the leaderboard.
As she gears up for another spin on the dancefloor on Saturday, Kaye was quick to heap praise on Kai, who made last year's Strictly final, before having to pull out after celeb partner AJ Odudu was injured in training..
And, in turn, Coleen was quick to shower Kaye with compliments , urging her to have more self belief. As Kaye listened in on screen, Coleen remarked: "The thing is Kaye, you look fantastic. What a figure you've got, those legs...who knew?"
Addressing her directly, Coleen then added; "But can I just say, I just want you....you were so good, you're always putting yourself down. I know you don't think you're sexy, but you really are and I want you to believe it! You were so good!"
Coleen's encouraging spe4ech earned a round of applause from the rest of the Loose Women panel and the show's studio audience, as Kaye looked a bit embarrassed and Janet chimed: "Kaye, I watched it and you were unrecognisable from the Kaye that I sit here with. One hundred per cent props to you, you did brilliantly!"
