Viewers welcomed Brenda Edwards back to the Loose Women panel with love and support following the death of her son, Jamal Edwards.
Musician and producer Jamal Edwards died in February this year after a sudden illness. Since then, his mother and Loose Women panellist Brenda Edwards has been absent from the show but has returned today for the first time.
In an interview with co-host Coleen Nolan, Brenda said she "needed" to return to the show and the time was right, as it was a part of Jamal's life just as much as hers. She added: "I've missed everyone but I thank you for supporting me, and being there at the end of the phone with me."
