Looksmaxxing influencer Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, faces three criminal charges in Massachusetts over an alleged incident on 23 May 2025.

The charges, filed in Orleans District Court on 8 September 2026, include rape, drugging a person for sexual intercourse and procuring liquor for a person under 21. Peters is scheduled to be arraigned on 14 October 2026.
