A new 67-home development in Ashton-in-Makerfield is set to be revealed to members of the public. Eston View was given the go ahead by Wigan council and Miller Homes are in the process of building 'high-quality' dwellings in the area off Wigan Road.
The launch of the sales centre means that visitors will be able to get a first glimpse of the development and discover the progress of it, as well as discussing the homes on offer. This follows the digital launch of the development a few months ago, where house hunters could reserve plots online such as the Blackwood, Overton, and Hazelwood.
Artists impressions give readers a first look into what the development will look like upon its completion.

The three and four-bedroom homes will nestle around four newly built cul-de-sacs. First occupations of the homes are expected to take place in early 2023.
Show homes at the development for buyers to look around will open before that. Each home has been designed ‘with modern family life in mind’, including open-plan living areas and ‘ample space to work from home across all house styles’.
Clare Noakes, Sales Director for Miller Homes in the North West, said: “We can see what an exciting and aspirational place Ashton-in-Makerfield is, and we’re very happy to be bringing new homes here. Our sales centre launches are always exciting events as they mean our team can finally meet potential customers that have already registered their interest.
“Plus, we can really illustrate our plans for the area and get buyers involved in the process.”
The developer has encouraged customers to book their appointment online, but visiting anytime during open hours is also welcomed.
