A property giant has submitted plans to build a 14-storey student apartment tower in Manchester city centre.
Vita Group, which was set up by Stockport County owner Mark Stott, is seeking to create 576 beds with the First Street development.
House of Social would be designed for second and third year students "who have established friendship groups".
