Rangers target Amario Cozier-Duberry is expected to sign a new Brighton contract, according to a new report

The 21-year-old winger has been on Rangers' radar all summer, with a £7.5 million offer declined.

Their pursuit could be complicated by Brighton owner Tony Bloom’s stake in Scottish Premiership rivals Hearts. Derek McInnes has already added Daisuke Yokota from Hannover 96 to the team and secured an £8.5 million deal for Kim Min-su.

However, the potential departure of Djeidi Gassama, linked with Serie A sides Monza and Parma, might force Rangers back into the market.

In addition, the club is in search of a striker following Youssef Chermiti's long-term ACL injury, with Portland Timbers forward Kevin Kelsy close to a move to Ibrox.
