An OAP has been inundated with thousands of birthday cards from strangers to celebrate turning 101.
Mum-of-one Edna Clayton, 100, has few relatives so the staff at her care home issued an appeal before the big day on January 31.
Edna, who spent her 100th birthday alone due to lockdown, has received a whopping 4,500 cards in the past three days.
