The UK capital's loneliest cat, who was returned from two homes with days, is still looking for her forever home.
Eleven, the adorable white-pawed cat has been with a London animal shelter since April and is still looking for the pur-fect family.
The four-year-old cat, who can live in just about any location, briefly found herself in two new homes but was quickly returned due to her settling style.
The cute cat's picture on Battersea Cats and Dogs Home's website shows the feline staring down the barrel of the camera with her paws firmly planted on the floor, My London reports.
A spokesman for the animals home said: “Eleven has been with us at Battersea since April. She briefly found herself in two new homes, however she was returned within days as the homes were not comfortable with her settling style. She is a lovely lap cat who likes a fuss but is very worried by change.”
"However, Eleven needs her own space when she’s settling in, so she can hiss and swipe if pushed into interactions that she is not ready for.”
“She expects respect, but once given she will reward you with plenty of love. She is a super clever cat, who enjoys learning and she will sit on command (for a treat of course).
“Potential new owners will need to speak to a vet prior to rehoming due to her medical history, but she doesn’t currently need treatment and is still an active and playful girl. She is looking for a female only household, as she is less comfortable around men.
"As she likes her space she will need a cat flap in a new home so she can come and go as she pleases. She is looking for an understanding home that will give her the time and space to settle in, as she would make a wonderful addition to a home.”
