London Tube passengers targeted in ‘SMS blaster’ mass fraud plot, court hears

Suspected fraudsters wheeling large suitcases equipped with homemade “SMS blasters” around the London Underground targeted Tube passengers in a large-scale money scam, a jury has been told.

The “smishing” plot allegedly involved “top boss” Zhijia Fan, 48, and his “right-hand man” Daoyan Shang, 20.
