Elsewhere, there have been a number of breakdowns and collisions causing disruption on London roads this morning.
Chelsea Bridge Road, Pentonville Road, New Kent Road, and the North circular are all dealing with serious delays.

Central line update
10:10 , Tom PlaceThere are minor delays on the Central line between White City and Leytonstone eastbound only due to a signal failure at Tottenham Court Road.
There is a good service on the rest of the line.
Metropolitan line update
09:51 , Tom PlaceThe Metropolitan line delays have worsened, and there are now severe delays between Baker Street and Aldgate due to the earlier faulty train at North Harrow.
Tube and Overground update

There is a good service elsewhere on the rest of the Tube and Overground network.
District line update
09:19 , Tom PlaceThe District line delays have extended out, and are now between Whitechapel and Upminster following an earlier faulty train at St James's Park.

New Kent Road delays
08:23 , Tom PlaceA van has broken down on the A201 New Kent Road eastbound at the junction of Balfour Street.
Traffic is slow eastbound on New Kent Road with tailbacks to Elephant & Castle and then onto London Road and St Georges Road.
North Circular delays
08:15 , Tom PlaceA vehicle breakdown on the North Circular is causing delays.
The incident occurred on the A406 North Circular eastbound at the junction of the A12 Eastern Avenue, with one of two lanes blocked on the eastbound off slip towards the Redbridge roundabout.
Traffic is slow moving on the approach, with tailbacks heading back to the Charlie Brown junction.
Pentonville Road delays
08:07 , Tom PlaceThere are delays on the A501 Pentonville Road in all directions at the junction of Claremont Square, with temporary traffic signals in place due to ongoing gas works.
Traffic is slow eastbound on Pentonville Road with tailbacks to King's Cross Road, and slow westbound back to Islington High Street.
Windrush update

Tube and Overground update

A3216 update

As a result, the road is currently closed - please look for alternate routes.
London Northwestern update
07:29 , Tom PlaceA fault on a train between Watford Junction and St Albans Abbey means that no trains are currently running between these stations.
Buses are currently running in place of trains, with this expected to be the case until around 10am.
Windrush update
07:18 , Tom PlaceThere are now only minor delays on the Windrush line following the earlier faulty track.
Train delays in west London
07:14 , Tom PlaceA fault with the signalling system between West Ealing and Greenford is causing train delays.
It is affecting routes between London Paddington and West Ealing & Greenford, with disruption expected until around 8.30am.
Lines have now reopened but some trains may still be cancelled as services recover.
Windrush update
