An electricity supply failure is causing major disruption to trains in and out of London King’s Cross.
The issue, between Stevenage and Finsbury Park, is affecting a raft of rail operators including Great Northern, Grand Central, Hull Trains, LNER, Lumo and Thameslink.
National Rail was reporting at 6.30am that the disruption is expected to last until midday.

Jubilee line update

There is no service between Stratford and North Greenwich on the Jubilee line due to a person ill on a train.
Tickets are being accepted on London Buses, London Overground, C2C and the Elizabeth Line.
There is a good service on the rest of the line.
Tube update

A normal service has now resumed on the Hammersmith and City line.
There is a good service on the entire Tube network, barring some minor delays on the Central line due to train cancellations.
Signalling fault between Clapham Junction and Waterloo

A fault with the signalling system between Queenstown Road and Vauxhall is causing disruption this morning.
Trains running between Clapham Junction and London Waterloo may be delayed or revised, with issues expected to continue until 12pm.
This is impacting a number of South Western Railway services.
Hammersmith and City line delays continue

There are still severe delays on the Hammersmith and City Line due to a defective train at Whitechapel.
Service on both the Circle and District lines has now recovered.
Northern line update

There are minor delays on the Northern line between Camden Town and Kennington via Bank Northbound only due to an earlier faulty train at Clapham Common.
There remains a good service on the rest of the line.
Central line delays

There are minor delays on the Central Line between North Acton and Ealing Broadway & West Ruislip and between Leytonstone and Epping & Hainault via Newbury Park due to train cancellations.
There is a good service on the rest of the line.
Signalling fault between Paddington and Slough

A fault with the signalling system between London Paddington and Slough means one of the eastbound lines is running at a reduced speed.
Services running through the area may be delayed, with disruption expected until 9am.
This is impacting Elizabeth line, Great Western Railway, and Heathrow Express services.
Defective train causing Tube delays

The defective train at Whitechapel is also causing issues on the Circle and District lines this morning.
There are minor delays on the Circle line, and on the District line between Tower Hill and Richmond & Ealing Broadway westbound.
There are also severe delays on the District line between Earl's Court and Wimbledon due to a late finish of engineering work at Parsons Green.
Hammersmith and City line update

Disruption at Alexandra Palace

A problem with the station lighting at Alexandra Palace means that some northbound Great Northern trains be revised to may run through this station non stop.
Disruption is expected until around 8.30am.
Electricity supply faulty impacting Kings Cross services

A failure with the electricity supply between Stevenage and Finsbury Park means that fewer trains are able to run this morning.
Services between Stevenage and London may be subject to cancellations, alterations or delays, with disruption expected until at least 12pm.
A number of Great Northern, Grand Central, LNER, Lumo and Thameslink services will be affected - passengers are advised to check their journeys before they travel.
