London’s ‘smallest flat’ the size of two parking spaces, sells for £295,000

A tiny studio flat in Marylebone, the size of two parking spaces or four king-sized beds, has sold for £295,000.

Measuring just 149 square feet, the ground floor flat is in a Grade II-listed Georgian building on York Street and was marketed as “an ideal pied-à-terre” by York Estates.
