London rents fall slightly in slow spring but warnings of further price spikes ahead

After soaring for several consecutive months, London rents appear to be stabilising, with prices dropping marginally for the third month in a row.

Average monthly rents are now £1,975 in London, having fallen slightly, by 0.7 per cent in the month, according to the latest figures from HomeLet.
