The Met Police has said it will review its decision not to investigate a quiz held in Downing Street after a picture emerged on Wednesday afternoon of Boris Johnson at the Christmas event.

As the Prime Minister clashed with Sir Keir Starmer, a new image, published by the Mirror, showed Mr Johnson flanked by three members of staff.
