Mighty Hoopla will return to Brockwell Park next year - (Luke Dyson)

The current weather might be making festival season feel like a distant memory but, thankfully, it’s never too early to start thinking about which events to attend next year.

A whole host of big names will once again descend on the capital in 2025, with the likes of British Summer Time, All Points East, Mighty Hoopla and Field Day set to return.

A number of festivals have even announced their line-ups nice and early. Here are some of the highlights so far – and the all-important information on how to get tickets.

All Points East: August

Victoria Park’s All Points East has announced The Maccabees will headline on Sunday, August 24.

The Orlando Weeks-fronted band played their last live show eight years ago but they will be marking the 10-year anniversary of their hit album Marks To Prove It with an extra special show at the East London event.

The Maccabees will also be working with the festival’s organisers to curate the rest of the line-up on the day they perform, which so far features Bombay Bicycle Club, Dry Cleaning, The Cribs and Nilüfer Yanya.

Barry Can’t Swim will headline on Friday, August 22, while other dates and acts for All Points East are expected to be announced in due course.

How to buy tickets for All Points East: Pre-sale tickets for The Maccabees gig will be available to fans who have registered for the early release at 10am on Wednesday, October 30. The general sale begins exactly 24 hours later – on Thursday, October 31 at 10am.

Mighty Hoopla: May 31 - June 1

Mighty Hoopla is the ultimate London festival for pop lovers, bringing glam and glitter to Brockwell Park in Brixton. Next year is set to be bigger and better than ever, with headliners now announced alongside dozens of other acts.

Ciara is topping the bill on Saturday, May 31, while Kesha will do so on Sunday, June 1.

Brockwell Park will also welcome Swedish Eurovision winner Loreen, an extra-special performance from Kate Nash with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, pop princess Pixie Lott, and ’90s duo Daphne and Celeste.
