Just as the rest of us was emerging back into the world following the pandemic, Rachael Heath-Porsz found herself still housebound thanks to the after-effects of Covid-19.
Rachael got a bout of the virus in 2021 and then contracted a bad case of long Covid which went on and on, forcing her to go on long term sick leave from her job as product manager at a TV company.
