A west London councillor has apologised after it emerged a Lamborghini SUV belonging to him had parked in a disabled bay twice without a blue badge.
Cllr Farhaan Rehman, a member of Hounslow Labour, has also resigned from his position as Chair of the council’s Licensing and General Purposes Committee.
