A north London council has intervened in a long-running saga over newly-built luxury flats that its owners fear are now worth nothing.
In 2019, resident Dan Bruce bought his flat in Agar Grove, Camden, for £850,000. Despite having “every single check done” before he moved in, he and other buyers were later told the entire building, built in 2018, was poorly constructed.
