London council forks out £400k of taxpayers money in 5 years on pothole injuries

Croydon Council have spent hundreds of thousands of taxpayers’ money on pedestrian accident compensation, according to new data.

Between 2020 and 2024, the council has paid out over £400,000 in compensation to those injured on Croydon’s roads and pathways.
