
Social housing tenants in north London say they have been waiting six years for the council to repair their windows in a saga that has left them "freezing".
Charlie Cox, who lives with her daughter in the Edwardian-era council home in Camden, said she and her daughter have endured the cold for years due to procurement failures that have seen numerous contractors visit the property - but no permanent fix.
