Roads in a southwest London borough are in a “terrible state”, an MP has warned, with residents dealing with dangerous potholes causing accidents and making cycling dangerous.
Over a third of Merton B and C classified roads have been deemed ‘poor’ by the Department for Transport (DfT), along with 40% of local (unclassified) roads.
