NEW DELHI: The Lok Sabha can start the process to reinstate Congress leader Rahul Gandhi as an MP from Wayanad after a copy of the Supreme Court’s order staying his conviction in the Modi surname remark case is submitted to it.
Rahul or his representative will have to show a copy of the Supreme Court order staying his conviction to the Lok Sabha Secretariat to set the ball rolling for revocation of his disqualification as an MP.
