Lohia Corp, a global manufacturer of machinery and equipment used to produce technical textiles, opened its Rs 1,101.28 crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on Thursday, July 23. The issue has been attracting moderate interest in the unlisted market ahead of its launch, with the latest grey market premium (GMP) indicating an 8.5% premium over the upper end of the price band.
The IPO is entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS) comprising more than 2.59 crore equity shares, which means the proceeds will go to the existing shareholders, while the company itself will not receive any funds from the offering.
