YouTube star Logan Paul and Dillon Danis have verbally agreed to fight each other on KSI's undercard in January.
Paul has been calling for a fight with Danis for months with the multiple-time Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion now ready to fight again after injury. Danis, who is a teammate of UFC star Conor McGregor, is also known for his career with MMA promotion Bellator, but has always been open to stepping inside the squared circle and has also enjoyed a rivalry with Paul's brother Jake.
The YouTube star previously demanded a fight contract from Danis after the notorious trolling character set about securing a fight with Paul on social media. Most recently KSI - real name JJ Olatunji - made a public offer on social media to Paul, tweeting: "Prime squad card in January? @LoganPaul." Paul then replied: “As long as I get to f*** up @dillondanis.”
Danis then issued the final reply with a unanimous agreement, writing: “I’m done talking, I’m in 100 per cent let’s f***ing do this." Paul has not fought in the boxing ring since lasting the distance with ring legend Floyd Mayweather last June in a hugely successful exhibition bout.
He recently signed a lucrative new deal with wrestling promotion WWE after showing a huge amount of potential in the entertainment sector, which threatened to derail his chances of making a ring return. However Paul confirmed he still planned to make another boxing appearance, and was present at KSI's double victory bill over Swarmz and Luis Alcaraz Pineda at London's O2 arena where he reiterated his desire.
Danis held a huge rivalry with Paul's brother Jake for several years where he continuously called out the YouTube star, which lead to Jake deciding to commit an infamous drive-by water attack on his rival which went viral. Despite their continuous verbal barbs, a fight between the pair failed to materialise despite their heated rivalry frequently escalating.

Now Paul is planning his ring return on a huge platform with streaming service DAZN who streamed KSI's most recent fights this weekend. And the 27-year-old believes victory over Danis could see him beat his famous sibling to a shot at UFC star McGregor in a crossover mega-fight.
"There's levels to this s***," Paul told True Geordie after dismissing a host of YouTube boxers as his next opponent. "No.1, you have to be able to sell a fight. Then, No.2, I don't think that those fights would be on par [with Danis]. "I don't believe that people would think 'that could be a good fight'.
"This could also set me up for a potential Conor fight, should that ever happen. Jake's also trying to fight Conor, either myself or Jake will fight Conor McGregor eventually. With Conor, you're not taking a crazy f***ing risk, maybe you are."
