Lockheed Martin (LMT) shares are pushing higher on Oct. 22 after the defense giant unveiled a decade-long F-35 framework agreement with the Pentagon. The deal, which covers 850 U.S. aircraft, alongside international orders, spare parts, modification, and sustainment, offers greater production visibility for one of LMT’s most important programs.
Despite today’s surge, Lockheed Martin stock is down nearly 16% versus its year-to-date high.
