Lloyds Pharmacy has decided to close two locations within Sainsbury's across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
The branch located within Sainsbury's at Meadowbank Retail Park is included in the closures, as well as Straiton in Midlothian. NHS Lothian has informed patients of the news on their website and social media platforms.
Both locations will be closed permanently from Tuesday, June 13, as the health board says it is working with the local health and social care partnership to ensure patients who use either pharmacies have access to other services.
