It has a guide price of £995,000 and annual turnover of around £140,000. This comes as the resort bounces back positively from the pandemic - highlighted this month with the reopening of Llandudno Bay Hotel after two years.
The agent described it as ideal for a "lifestyle buyer". There is also potential to expand the operation with an increased bar and food operation.
