Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc. secured a significant legal win on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026, after US District Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha granted summary judgment dismissing former wardrobe stylist Asha Daniels' remaining harassment and discrimination claims.

The ruling resolved the claims against the touring company at the federal district-court level, while Lizzo's lawyer, Melissa Glass, described the decision as 'a total victory.'
