Lizzo is pushing back hard and making it clear she’s not staying silent anymore. After being accused by three of her former dancers of fat-shaming and inappropriate behavior, the Grammy-winning singer has scored a key legal victory.
In a recent court decision, the fat-shaming allegations brought forward in the August 2023 lawsuit have officially been dismissed. The lawsuit was originally filed by Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez, and it accused Lizzo of creating a hostile work environment, as well as engaging in sexual harassment between 2021 and 2023, as reported by the BBC.
