Liza Minnelli to release memoir after becoming 'mad as hell' previous documentaries 'didn’t get it right'

Liza Minnelli has announced that she is releasing a memoir in a surprising U-turn after years of insisting she would never put pen to paper.

The revered star of stage and screen 78, will release the book in spring 2026, and says it was inspired after her growing frustrations when previous screen depictions of her life “didn’t get it right”.
