
Liz Truss, the right-wing Conservative Party leader, will replace Boris Johnson as the United Kingdom’s prime minister on Tuesday.
Truss is set to become the country’s fourth leader in six years and has pledged to tackle a cost-of-living crisis fuelled by soaring energy bills in the wake of the war in Ukraine.
