Liz Hurley tells High Court: ‘Yet again, everyone’s privacy is being invaded’

Actress and model Liz Hurley has told the High Court that “everyone’s privacy” is being invaded, as she gave evidence at the trial in her legal action against the publisher of the Daily Mail.

She took to the witness box at the Royal Courts of Justice on Thursday, watched on by the Duke of Sussex who attended court the day after giving evidence, but left the building shortly before 12.45pm.
