Liz Hurley 's late ex-fiancé Shane Warne has snubbed the Hollywood star in his will, leaving his entire £12million fortune to his three children instead.
The late Australian cricket player's children, Jackson, Brooke and Summer, are set to receive 31 per cent of his eye-watering fortune each.
The remainder seven per cent of Shane's fortune will be distributed to his brother Jason, who will receive two per cent, and two and a half per cent will go to each to his brother's children, Sebastian and Tyla.
Shane's ex-wife Simone Callahan, who he was married to for 15 years, is not listed in the will, and his ex-fiancé, Liz, is nowhere to be seen either.
The Australian sports star died suddenly last March at the age 52 after suffering a heart attack.
At the time, Warne's management said in a statement: "It is with great sadness we advise that Shane Keith Warne passed away of a suspected heart attack in Koh Samui, Thailand today, Friday 4 March.
"Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived. The family requests privacy at this time and will provide further details in due course."
The sports hero, who is the greatest leg-spinner of all time, having taken 708 Test match wickets, was found unresponsive in a villa in Koh Samui after he failed to meet the group at an agreed time for drinks.
Following his tragic death, Shane's ex-fiancée Liz gushed over the cricketer in a heartfelt social media post.
Liz spoke of her sorrow at the time, saying: "I feel like the sun has gone behind a cloud forever. RIP my beloved Lionheart."
The pair famously dated from 2010 to 2013 and were engaged to be married before their split.
Shane had previously opened up about how difficult it was for him to have a relationship with the model and Hollywood star, describing the interest that surrounded her as 'an absolute circus'.
The late star once said: "We couldn’t go anywhere else because we’d just get 30-40 people, photographers, news crews, everywhere we went.
"We had seven cars following us and a helicopter over our head just following us, running red lights, cutting off in front of us."
Shane also once recalled one of Liz's visits to Melbourne to see him in 2011, and how chaotic it had been.
He said: "We tried to keep things as normal as possible but it got scary.
"Some of these rogue photographers trying to get exclusives - I remember my youngest daughter Summer screaming in the back seat, 'Dad, dad slow down'. Cars jumping in front of us, running red lights."
Despite the drama, the sports star once told the Mirror that his years with Liz were the happiest of his life.
He'd confessed: "I miss the love we had. My years with Elizabeth were the happiest of my life. I wanted to be better with her."
And he also once confessed he was gutted their relationship was over, adding:"I’m quite sad it’s over because I still care about her deeply and she’s a wonderful person."
