Livingston are on course to smash last year’s season ticket sales with a near 50 per cent increase from last summer in fans buying tickets.
The Lions finished seventh in the Premiership and are set to compete in the top flight for a fifth successive campaign.
They also had a free ticket initiative for local youngsters at some games throughout the course of the season which is being attributed in part to this summer’s significant increase.
The club’s Business Development Officer, Dave Black, told the Courier: “We’ve been really pleased with the uptake of season tickets for 2022/23.
“At the start of this week, we’re looking at a 48 per cent increase on the same time last season which is really encouraging.
“The number of brand new season ticket holders is great to see, too, with many coming off the back of the free ticket giveaways the club did for some games last season, which is really rewarding and positive for the club."
He added: “We’re hopeful of breaking last year’s figure by mid-June and hopefully continue growing at the same rate. If we can do that, it would be a huge boost for the players to be running out to a much busier stand.
"A huge thank you to everyone who has already renewed or purchased a season ticket. It would be great to see so many of the local community cheering the team on next season."
Season tickets are priced at £325 for adults, £225 for concessions, £50 for under-16s and £675 for a family of two adults and two children.
