Liverpool XI vs Chelsea: Confirmed team news, predicted lineup and injury latest for Premier League

Liverpool will be without Alisson for their Premier League showdown with Chelsea on Sunday.

The Brazil international is set to be out until the end of next month after suffering a thigh injury during Liverpool’s 1-0 win over Crystal Palace.

Harvey Elliot remains sidelined for another few weeks as he returns from a foot injury, but Federico Chiesa may be available again.

Arne Slot’s only summer signing has struggled for fitness since joining from Juventus and did not go on international duty with Italy.

Alexis Mac Allister was forced off during the win at Selhurst Park last time out, but still linked up with the Argentina squad and started their 6-0 win over Bolivia after sitting out the meeting with Venezuela.

Both Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah returned to Merseyside early from international break.
