A Liverpool woman has travelled to Wakefield to buy a can of Prime at a viral newsagents selling the drink for £100 each.
Wakey Wines gained fame on social media after its owner promoted the sky high prices. Mohammad Azar Nazir began posting videos with Prime drinkers who had travelled hundreds of miles to get their hands on the drink.
One recent Instagram video showed a woman from Liverpool called Claire who claimed to have spent £100 on a can of strawberry watermelon Prime. Mohammad claimed that Claire was the first person from Liverpool to visit the shop.

Mohammad asks Claire in the video, "Why've you come all the way from Liverpool?" Claire replied: "Honestly? Alright, for Prime." The video finishes with the group repeating the catchphrases present in all of Wakey Wines' videos.
Two other shoppers seen in the video bought a Blue Raspberry bottle and some sweets. Wakey Wines' TikTok account however was recently banned.
Reacting to the ban on Instagram, Mohammad said a "well known influencer" had been attempting to "tarnish" his business. He said: "All of my videos are all for fun, I saw a business idea with WFD sweets just like any other business man and I took the opportunity.
"Some jealous horrible people. Please report these posts and help me!" Others have taken to Facebook Marketplace to sell their collection of Prime. One seller in Liverpool is selling a 12 pack of blue raspberry bottles for £75.
Prime, created by YouTuber's KSI and Logan Paul, is in short supply in the UK. The ECHO recently reported on Merseyside shops selling a bottle for £12 each after the drink rapidly sold out in Aldi. Aldi and Asda are the only official outlets selling Prime in the UK. They are sold for £1.99 and £2 respectively.
