Liverpool paid tribute to James Milner with a light-hearted banner on the Kop ahead of this afternoon's match with Aston Villa.
One of four players confirmed to be leaving the club this summer, the Reds' vice-captain will go down as a club legend after his eight years of service at Anfield.
During his time on Merseyside, Milner has helped the team to success both domestically and in Europe courtesy of his versatility and experience in matches of significant importance.

Referred to as 'boring' by some supporters, the 37-year-old somewhat lived up to this reputation after Liverpool's Champions League semi-final second leg win over AS Roma during the 2017/18 season, after which the midfielder said 'I may stretch to a Ribena' when asked how he planned to celebrate the occasion.
Paying tribute to this iconic response, Liverpool fans brought a banner with the words 'Ribena for my men, we ride at dawn' for his final game at Anfield.
The veteran midfielder is expected to sign for Brighton once he leaves the club in the coming weeks, though it was recently reported Leeds United are also interested in bringing Milner back to Elland Road.
