Liverpool players are being put through their paces as the 2023/24 season edges closer.
Jurgen Klopp is back with the first team at the AXA Training Centre as work begins on being in the best possible shape ahead of the new campaign. It has been confirmed that 14 players, which includes the likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk, will link up with the rest of their team-mates tomorrow after reaching the end of their time off.
Also set to be training with the group from tomorrow will be Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai, the Reds' two new recruits so far during the transfer window. It remains to be seen whether or not the midfield duo will be joined by any further fellow new arrivals in the coming weeks, though there is a strong chance this will prove to be the case.
Below is a round-up of the latest rumours relating to the Reds' transfer plans as speculation continues over possible incomings and outgoings.

Romeo Lavia competition
As many as four teams could be competing with the Reds for the services of Southampton midfielder, Romeo Lavia.
That is according to the Daily Mail, who state that Chelsea remain interested in the Belgian and that Arsenal and Manchester United are ‘waiting in the wings’.
Lavia is a player of interest to the Reds, as reported by the ECHO on multiple occasions, though the 19-year-old will not be available at a discounted price despite the Saints’ relegation.
The above report claims Southampton are seeking £45million for the young midfielder and ‘have already lined up’ replacements.
Schuurs seen as a 'top target'
Torino centre-back Perr Schuurs is being viewed as a 'top target' for Liverpool this summer, it has been suggested.
The 23-year-old spent four years at Ajax between 2018 and 2022 before leaving his home country to seal a Serie A switch ahead of last season.
Klopp's side have been linked with other players in this position such as Micky van de Ven and Levi Colwill, though Football Insider state Schuurs is seen as youngster with the potential to become 'top-class'.
Manu Kone blow
Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Manu Kone is set for a six-week spell on the sidelines, potentially delaying the prospect of a summer move for the Frenchman.
Kone emerged as a possible addition to the Reds' midfield department after featuring in a shortlist of targets in this position, each of whom were competing at the recent European Under-21 Championship.
The 22-year-old was left on crutches after sustaining a knee injury during a game versus Switzerland, with the extent of this setback now being revealed by Monchengladbach manager Gerardo Seoane.
Offering an update on Kone's condition, he said: "It is important that it is not a serious injury. This will take about six weeks. He will definitely have a few more days off next week, he's almost played through the U21 European Championship. Of course, he then has to get fit again - that's usually not the problem with him. Further investigations are also being carried out.”
