Liverpool are being linked with a move for a player who has been dubbed as the ‘next Erling Haaland’.
The Reds were linked with the real Haaland earlier in the year while he was at Borussia Dortmund. In the end, he chose to sign for Manchester City in a deal worth £51million, after they activated his release clause.
Now, a fresh report from Italy has linked Liverpool with a potential new striker. The report concerns FC Nordsjaelland starlet Andreas Schjelderup.

According to Calciomercato , the Reds are one of a number of clubs showing an interest in the talented 18-year-old. Schjelderup is a Norway Under-21 international, and has five goals to his name in 10 appearances this season.
The report states that Liverpool are expressing an interest in the striker, along with a host of clubs from across Europe. Arsenal, Sevilla, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan and Juventus have all been credited with an interest in the player.
Schjelderup has been tipped for a bright future in his homeland of Norway, and has even been compared to his compatriot Haaland in certain quarters. The report says that the youngster is valued at around €20m (£17.5m), and is expected to move to a new club next summer, with his current contract set to expire in 2024.
