Mauricio Pochettino is planning on building his Chelsea side around homegrown talents, including midfielder Mason Mount and Conor Gallagher.
Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Pochettino is set to be named as the new manager at Stamford Bridge this week and is set for a big summer transfer window.
Mount is set to enter the final year of his contract in the coming weeks and has rejected several offers from Chelsea to extend his deal.

Liverpool have identified the England internationals as potential targets for the summer ahead of a midfield rebuild, with Brighton & Hove Albion's Alexis Mac Allister is also well liked.
It has been expected that Mount will leave Chelsea in the summer with Jurgen Klopp trying to tempt him to Merseyside, but Pochettino is set to recommend a new contract offer, according to the Evening Standard.
Pochettino is also reportedly keen on keeping hold of Levi Colwill - who has been on loan all season at Brighton. The 20-year-old is another player linked with a move to Liverpool.
