Liverpool sisters join forces to open their own salon after pandemic struggle

Two sisters from Liverpool have joined forces to open a salon after facing the struggles of the pandemic.

Ellis and Rowan Williams own Sister on Rose Lane, a salon that aims to ensure clients leave “feeling and looking their best”.

The sisters are both advanced eyelash technicians providing semi-permanent eyelashes and lash perming. Ellis, 30, is also a nail specialist, and Rowan, 27, offers aesthetics and skin care.
