Liverpool reportedly have a 'strong interest' in West Ham midfielder Declan Rice.
The Reds' early season misfortunes has lead to increased scrutiny on the midfield and Jurgen Klopp as well as speculation surrounding proposed targets. Following an injury to Jordan Henderson, Liverpool moved to make the late addition of Arthur Melo on loan from Juventus - who has since suffered an injury and now faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
And the middle of the park remains a hotly contested talking point surrounding Liverpool. Jude Bellingham is repeatedly linked with a move to Anfield but latest speculation has seen Declan Rice touted with a move to Merseyside.

According to Football Insider, Liverpool are continuing to lay the groundwork for a marquee midfield signing next year and have a "strong interest" in the Hammers skipper.
It has been reported that the Reds could reignite their interest in Rice after they highlighted his qualities last summer but couldn't front West Ham's transfer demands.
Rice has come to the fore as one of the standout midfielders in the Premier League and has barged his way into Gareth Southgate's England plans - where he is now a bonafide starter.
Last season, the 23-year-old attracted interest from Chelsea and Manchester United but David Moyes stood firm with his key player and slapped an enormous price-tag on his head.
"The first thing to say is that he is not for sale," Moyes said. "But if you are interested, it will be north of that, because £100m was cheap last summer and £150m just now would be minimum - but he is not for sale.
"I look at what Tottenham did with Harry Kane, albeit it in a different way. They said, 'no, there is a price and if someone wants to pay the price, then we'd probably do it. If they don't then he's not going anywhere'. That's it, they have kept him.
"There will be times when players have got the power, but at the moment we have got Declan on the best part of a three-and-a-half-year contract - just like Tottenham have got Harry Kane on a contract and they control what happens."
