Liverpool sent Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane exit message with Raphinha transfer prediction

A former Everton striker has predicted “the end” of Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah at Liverpool. Both forwards have been key players for the Reds since they each signed for the club, playing vital roles in helping bring five major trophies to Anfield.

Mane has 111 goals in 254 appearances for Liverpool, while Salah has scored 153 goals in 239 outings since arriving at Anfield. Despite these numbers, former Everton striker Kevin Campbell has tipped the pair to leave the club this summer.

Liverpool signed Luis Diaz in January in a £49million deal from Porto. The Colombia international added to the attacking line that also includes Diogo Jota.

Reports in recent days have, once again, linked Liverpool with Leeds United forward Raphinha. Campbell believes that, were the Reds to sign the Brazilian, it would spell the end for Mane and Salah at Anfield.

“This could well be the end of that front three of Salah, Mane, and Firmino,” Campbell told Football Insider .

“Salah and Mane have played themselves into a really difficult situation purely by being so successful. They’re, quite rightly, asking for big money to stay and it’s now up to Liverpool to either pay it or not.

“It could well be that both of them that go.

“If they want Raphinha, and they’ve already got Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota – these players are not going to want to sit on the bench. Harvey Elliott is in the background now too.

“It may well be a changing of the guard at Liverpool, and Raphinha could be a big part of that.”
