Strawberry Field in Liverpool is hosting a variety of activities for all of the family this Easter.
The iconic attraction made famous by The Beatles’ song is putting on Easter egg hunts, garden explorer tours, faith celebrations and family fun animation. The activities will begin on Good Friday (April 15) and run throughout the weekend.
The Easter egg hunt at Strawberry Field involves children and families searching the grounds where John Lennon played as a child. There will be plenty of “clues, fun, laughter and chocolate” and visitors will be able to pick up a map and magnifying glass to help them explore “the joys of spring” in the Strawberry Field gardens.

Food and drink will also be available over the Easter weekend, as well as numerous religious services. This includes Service of Shadows on Good Friday (5.30pm to 6.30pm) and worship and celebration at the original red Strawberry Field gates on Easter Sunday.
Sue Harvey, commercial manager at Strawberry Field, said: “Easter is a time for bringing families together. What better place than Strawberry Field. A great exhibition, fantastic food and lots of activities across the Easter break.”
Strawberry Field is home to an interactive visitor exhibition, including the actual 'Imagine' piano, the original red gates, and the gardens where John “played, climbed trees and dreamed” as a child. The Easter egg hunts will run on April 16 and 17 from 10am to 3pm.
