A restaurant in Liverpool city centre has been named as one of the best burger joints in the UK.

Down the Hatch on Duke Street has been named in StagWeb’s UK Burger Bucket List Top 40. The website's latest annual ranking saw burger joints judged to see if they could make the popular list.

The Top 40 list features a burger from 40 different restaurants from around the UK. They were chosen based on a variety of factors including the burger itself, the venue, reviews and more.
