Liverpool's players have been told they 'should have played better' by manager Jurgen Klopp as they claimed a 1-0 FA Cup win over Nottingham Forest.
The Reds booked a Wembley FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City thanks to Diogo Jota’s 78th-minute goal at The City Ground on Sunday. Jota managed to get his toes to Kostas Tsimikas’ cross to the far post to poke in the only goal of a tight game to end Forest's fairytale FA Cup run.
And the Liverpool striker only discovered his goal had set-up a semi-final against Premier League title rivals City while he was being interviewed after the game.
