Who?
Jude Bellingham

Borussia Dortmund have placed a €120m price tag on rumoured Liverpool target Jude Bellingham, according to a report from Germany.
The midfielder, who turned 19 yesterday, is one of football's most sought-after talents with clubs across Europe eyeing a move. But widespread reports suggest the Bundesliga club have no intention to sell Bellingham this summer given they've already parted ways with Erling Haaland.
He could be on the move in 2023, however. But clubs will need to meet Dortmund's €120m price tag, according to outlet Sport Bild. Liverpool are among those said to be interested, as are Premier League rivals Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea. Real Madrid have also been credited with interest and given the player is under contract until 2025, he won't come cheap.

Neco Williams

What?
Liverpool have 'rejected' an offer from Premier League newcomers Nottingham Forest for defender Neco Williams.
The Daily Mail claim Forest's opening bid has been turned down by the Reds as they are holding out for the full £15m asking price. Williams is another likely departure this summer with a number of clubs monitoring his situation.
Southampton and PSV Eindhoven are said to be keen on the 21-year-old, while Fulham are also interested. Williams spent the second half of last season on loan with the Cottagers and impressed during his time there.
Who?
Ibrahim Sangare
Where?
What?
PSV midfielder Ibrahim Sangare is among the targets who Liverpool could be consider as potential alternatives to Bellingham.
With Bellingham's price tag exceeding the €100m mark and rich competition for his signature, the Reds may need to look elsewhere when they add to their midfield ranks next summer. And, according to GOAL, Sangare is one player that has been monitored.
However, the 24-year-old is also of interest to Premier League rivals Chelsea and Manchester United and he's currently under contract until 2025.
