Liverpool John Lennon Airport has issued a passport warning to Liverpool FC fans travelling to Paris.

Jurgen Klopp's side will take on Real Madrid in the Champions League final at the Stade de France on Saturday. Thousands of Reds fans are preparing to make the journey to the French capital for UEFA's showpiece event.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport has urged anyone making the trip to ensure their passport is valid. The reminder was sent on the Speke based airport's Twitter account and included the criteria required for a passport to be valid.
