Liverpool John Lennon Airport (JLA) has issued advice to passengers ahead of the busy Easter weekend.
The airport expects 64,000 passengers to pass through its terminal over the four day weekend, which would be a 40% increase from the Easter Bank Holiday last year. JLA continues to recover from the coronavirus pandemic and saw the start of its summer schedule last week.
Passengers have been warned the airport will be busier and have been told to allow plenty of time to pass through the terminal. Additionally, JLA has reminded passengers that hand luggage restrictions on liquids remain in place.
