Liverpool 'interested' in £43.5m winger linked with January Arsenal transfer

Liverpool are reportedly set to battle with Arsenal for the signing of a talented winger.

With the January transfer window a few weeks away from opening, rumours are becoming intense over whether the Reds will bring in any new players. And now that the mid-season break has started due to the World Cup in Qatar, speculation is only likely to ramp up.

The latest rumour has Liverpool supposedly battling with Arsenal to sign a player from La Liga. Currently 15 points separate the two clubs in the Premier League standings, with the Reds in sixth and the Gunners top of the table.
